What is it?

The Real Foundation helps women discover their internal strength and self-confidence and to succeed in life.

We do this by distributing grants that support eligible women across the country. Funds go directly toward counseling and special projects, such as outdoor adventure experiences, that would not otherwise be funded.

We disperse funds to nonprofit organizations, not individuals. To receive funds, you must have 501(c)3 status and submit a grant application that adheres to the Application Guidelines.

A nine-member volunteer Board of Directors/Advisory Board governs the Real Foundation, which has applied for 501(c)3 nonprofit status. The foundation receives no governmental assistance and exacts no administrative fee from donations.
